SUCCESS PACK FINANCING TIPS |
- Best Finance, Inc. can be your financing source for success packs, selected clips and presentation kits.
- Payments are made by automatic debit of a checking/savings account or by debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). To avoid automatic debit, payments must be posted to the account at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled debit date.
- Should a business check be provided as a primary or secondary source of repayment, an authorization letter on business letterhead is required and the account will be verified with the issuing bank.
The following paragraph must be on your company's letterhead and must be signed, dated, and include the bank name and phone number. This authorization should state the following:
I, the undersigned, am an officer of (company name) and am duly authorized to allow Best Finance, Inc., it's successors, or assigns, to debit payments from the (company name) checking/credit card account in conjunction with the financed application for (applicant's name) dated (date of application).
- In some cases, we may ask for both voided check and credit card information.
- Default on payments may result in additional charges.

HOW THE EZ PAYMENT PLANS PROVIDE SOLUTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS |
- Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted on the EZ Payment Plans.
- Use the EZ Payment Plan for credit card sales in the U.S. and Canada for living air and water units only.
- EZ EcoQuest business owner checks are processed after the sale documentation is verified and finalized.
- The credit card being used must not expire during the term of the payment plan.

SIMPLE TIPS AND TIDBITS |
- Forms should be completed, dated and signed by the applicant (success pack/clip applications and EZ forms).
- Make sure forms are clear and legible before faxing.
- Mail originals to Best Finance, Inc.
- Co-applicant information should be placed on the same application as the primary buyer or may be placed on the Co‑Applicant document. The Co-Applicant document is for success pack financing only.
- The checking/savings account or debit/credit card being debited for payment should be the same as the buyer (otherwise expect a short delay).
- Use of whiteout, crossed out, changed or altered figures, rates, terms, etc. and omissions or unclear documents will delay the process and may nullify the transaction.
- To expedite processing of your transaction, documents can be sent to Best Finance by fax (800-810-5697) or by email (scan your document into .pdf format and send via attachment to askbest@bestfinanceinc.com).
- For financed orders, the applicant’s dealer number will be required prior to the order being sent to EcoQuest.
