Success Pack Program |
The Success Pack loan is an unsecured transaction for a business
opportunity. The loan agreement is not a consignment or contingency
contract. The repayment of this loan is due regardless of
circumstance.
The completed, signed and dated Success Pack application and voided check and/or credit card are requirements for the wholesale financing. Payments will be automatically debited/charged using the voided check or credit card information provided (In some cases, we may ask for both voided check and credit card information).
Should a business check be provided as a primary or secondary
source of repayment, an authorization letter on business letterhead
is required and the account will be verified with the issuing
bank.
We have found that banks are more cooperative when provided with a signed authorization letter and release.
The following paragraph must be on your company's letterhead and must be signed, dated, and include the bank name and phone number. This authorization should state the following:
I, the undersigned, am an officer of (company name) and am duly authorized to allow Best Finance, Inc., its successors, or assigns, to debit payments from the (company name) checking/credit card account in conjunction with the financed application for (applicant's name) dated (date of application).
Also, I hereby authorize (name of bank, city/state) and (contact bank officer name if available), to release information regarding the above mentioned account(s) to Best Finance, Inc. for verification, validation and authorization.
To avoid the automatic debit, payment must be posted to the account at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled debit date.
