EZ Program |
The EZ system is designed as a processing tool for retail
sales (SRP) where the buyer's credit card is charged over time (4
payments - EZ4) or the buyer's credit card is charged one
time (EZ Sale).
EZ Program is not available for individual Business Owner purchases.
A control number is required for Business Owners to use the EZ Program.
Best Finance, Inc. provides the credit card processing in
this transaction.
Payments are to be made by VISA, MC, American Express, or Discover. The expiration date must not expire during the payment period.
Once the paperwork is in order and received at Best, the first payment will be charged and
subsequent payments at 30, 60, and 90 days from the date of
the first payment, thereby completing the EZ 4 payment program.
Best Finance, Inc. can begin processing upon receipt of a faxed or mailed form. (Forms may be downloaded or purchased from EcoQuest International.)

Getting Started
In order for Best Finance, Inc. to provide financial services to EcoQuest business owners and their customers, the EcoQuest business owner must obtain a control number issued by Best Finance, Inc. This control number is unique to you as the EcoQuest business owner, and all correspondence, information and funding requests will be processed based on the information provided.
To obtain a control number, call Best Finance, Inc. at 800.704.2378 during normal business hours or complete the control number application and fax it to Best Finance, Inc. at 800.810.5697.
The EZ Process (Paper Transaction)
Complete all purchaser information, sales information and seller information. (Note that the purchaser name and credit cardholder name must be the same.)
Purchaser must sign and date the form.
Fax form to Best Finance, Inc. to expedite the processing.
Best Finance, Inc. verifies the transaction with the customer.
Check online (www.bestfinanceinc.com) to determine if the first payment clears the customer’s credit card or call Best Finance, Inc. To complete the paperwork, the EcoQuest business owner will need to mail the original document once the first payment clears.
Special mailing of the EcoQuest business owner check can be requested for a fee. The fee is as follows:

Fees
There is a nonrefundable fee for this service which will be deducted from the EcoQuest business owner’s check.

Returns
Should your customer return the product to you, please follow the suggested guideline to prevent possible additional charges:
- Contact Best Finance, Inc. at 888.926.2378 Accounts Receivable Department. We do not want to charge the buyers credit card account during the return process.
- For payments charged under the EZ Plan, Best will reverse the items charged from the customer's credit card.
- It is beneficial to both the EcoQuest business owner and buyer that Best process any refunds due from this credit card transaction pursuant to our standard credit card refund procedure. All refunds are processed based on the original transaction and original credit card information given to Best at the time of the sale. The EcoQuest business owner will be responsible for handling the return of the product from the buyer, and the EcoQuest business owner will reimburse Best for funding the sale and any applicable fees.
- Under the EZ Program, it is recommended that the EcoQuest business owner does not refund the customer directly. Our standard practice is to direct all refunds, if necessary, to the original credit card charged. Deviations from this procedure may result in additional charge backs and/or additional costs to the EcoQuest business owner.
