Your privacy and our role in protecting your information
and privacy are most important to Best Finance, Inc. You
are applying for credit for a commercial use wherein, the
essence of the financing is not for home or personal use,
but to go into business as an independent dealer and purchase
a product for resale.
We gather and maintain nonpublic personal information only
as is necessary for us to provide a credit service for you,
based on your application and request for financing with us.
Most of the information we obtain comes from our application,
verification or direct contact. This information may include
basic identification such as: Name, Address, Social Security
Number and Telephone Number. Other personal data/information
regarding your assets, income, expenses, sources of repayment
and business experience will be obtained either from the application
or by direct communication with you.
We may collect nonpublic personal information about you from
the following sources:
- Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
- Information about your transaction/credit request from
independent dealers or affiliates attempting to assist with
your transaction/request.
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about
you or former customers, except as permitted by law. However,
we may disclose loan balances, payment history, status of account,
collection data or other loan information to EcoQuest employees
and upline dealers who require this information to provide products
and services to you and to conduct business.
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that
comply with Federal regulations to guard your nonpublic information.
