The Credit Process

The credit process is independent from your EcoQuest Business Owner agreement relationship. Each credit request is evaluated based on its own merit. Best Finance, Inc. provides funding for wholesale opportunities (Success Pack and CLIP Program). Retail and credit card processing (EZ Programs) is also available. We accept the following credit cards for Success Pack and Clip financing:


It is an asset to understand how Best can contribute to your success. We appreciate being a part of your business. If you decide to use Best, we will do everything we can to assist in your success, but you also have to do your part. Take a few moments to review this website. Review the forms and documents. We suggest you copy the documents and practice completing them correctly.

Our rules, policies, procedures and documents are designed to help Business Owners process normal transactions. We adhere to a standard of quality regarding credit, documents and processing. Not every transaction is going to fit into our program. By knowing what we do, we can continue to help you achieve your goals.

How Do We Process Credit Requests?

Generally, the process starts with a completed, signed and dated contract or by submitting an online application. Please follow contract/form instructions. There are basically three components to the lending transaction:
  1. Credit.
    With a completed, signed and dated contract or by submitting an online application, Best Finance, Inc. can initiate the credit process. Usually we can provide a preliminary credit decision within a relatively short time. (Subject to daily volume.) Credit decisions are either approved for full financing; down payment required; in review; or declined. Best does not provide a pre-approval or prescreening process or option.

  2. Contract.
    Although the credit evaluation may generate an approval, this approval is subject to receipt of the original contract and other requirements as indicated by the specific contract type or required by Best Finance, Inc. Use of white-out, crossed out, changed, or altered figures, rates, terms, etc. and omissions will delay the process and may nullify the application/contract.

  3. Closing/Final Approval.
    This represents the set up, verification if needed, final input of all required information to open the account (your order will be placed at this time). Usually, the process does not take very long. Delays are due to the reason previously stated under "Contract" (Item #2 above) or for credit reasons.
