3-Way Call-In Program |
HOW DOES IT WORK AND WHAT DO I (ECOQUEST BUSINESS OWNER) DO?
3-WAY HOURS ARE 11:00 A.M. to 9:45 P.M. EST
· Before calling in a 3-Way, be sure you have obtained a control number from Best Finance, Inc. If you do not have a control number, call Best at 800-704-2378 and a representative will issue one to you or complete the control number application and fax it to Best Finance, Inc. at 800.810.5697.
· Call Best Finance, Inc. as your credit card processor (800-704-2378, option 1) and then 3-way your customer into the call. We will take the same information over the phone that is on the existing EZ form. We will obtain information from both the customer and EcoQuest business owner.
· We will ask you how you want your paperwork mailed. This is referring to how you want your proceeds mailed to you. The special mailing of the EcoQuest business owner check can be requested for a fee. The fee schedule is as follows:

· We will enter the customer’s information into our system, and ask for credit card information (Visa or MasterCard only). BE SURE THE CREDIT CARD DOES NOT EXPIRE DURING THE PAYMENT PERIOD. NO EXCEPTION TO THIS POLICY.
· We will be asking for the product being purchased, the price of the unit, the tax and shipping, if any. The numbers will be verified. Please be sure the math is correct. The total sale must be within the range of $300.00 to $1,500.00.
· Use the EZ Payment Plan for credit card retail (SRP) sales in the U.S. and Canada for living air and water units only.
· Once all the data has been processed into the system, we will advise the customer that we will do an independent verification of the transaction and the customer should have their credit card handy for our verification call. (This verification is to protect the credit card process and the customer.) There have been a few cancellations, but our experience has been that most customers appreciate this added protection.
· Once the 3-Way entry is complete, Best will call the customer to verify. Best will do everything possible to complete the process the same day. If we cannot verify, the call will be placed on a call list for follow-up.
· Normally the EcoQuest business owner will be advised when to call back or check online (www.bestfinanceinc.com) to determine if the first payment clears the customer’s credit card.
· If the credit card declines, the EcoQuest business owner will be notified. If the second attempt is declined (no matter what card is used), the transaction will be terminated.
· Be sure to advise and remind the customer that Best Finance, Inc. will appear on their monthly credit card statement.
Returns
Should your customer return the product to you, please follow the suggested guideline to prevent possible additional charges:
· Contact Best Finance, Inc. at (888) 926-2378 Accounts Receivable Department. We do not want to charge the buyers credit card account during the return process.
· For payments charged under the EZ Plan, Best will reverse the items charged from the customer's credit card.
· It is beneficial to both the EcoQuest business owner and buyer that Best process any refunds due from this credit card transaction pursuant to our standard credit card refund procedure. All refunds are processed based on the original transaction and original credit card information given to Best at the time of the sale. The EcoQuest business owner will be responsible for handling the return of the product from the buyer, and the EcoQuest business owner will reimburse Best for funding the sale and any applicable fees.
· Under the EZ Program, it is recommended that the EcoQuest business owner does not refund the customer directly. Our standard practice is to direct all refunds, if necessary, to the original credit card charged. Deviations from this procedure may result in additional charge backs and/or additional costs to the EcoQuest business owner.
